I'm Onur, a researcher, entrepreneur, and award-winning design strategist with a cross-disciplinary approach to tackling our most intricate challenges. I utilize design to reshape the way individuals perceive, experience, and interact with the world. My background spans industrial design, strategy, product development, brand management, and organizational leadership. The foundation of my work lies in design thinking and human-centered design principles, including empathy, creative confidence, and an embrace of ambiguity.
I bring extensive experience as a strategic designer, with a track record of accomplishments in the fields of civic and social innovation. My expertise extends to nonprofit organizations and government entities.
Currently, my work resides at the intersection of research, design, and policy. I employ human-centered design methodologies to revolutionize civic engagement, striving to unite people to dissect complex problems and collaboratively craft actionable solutions.
